With the recent changes to the BS5975:2019, it is no longer the responsibility of the principal contractor to implement temporary works control on construction sites.

With the introduction of the new PC TWC role, all contractors engaged in temporary works must ensure they have a full temporary works procedure in place compliant with the BSI code of practice.

Caledonia FRC can provide and implement a full set of temporary works procedures, and provide fully qualified and competent temporary works coordinators, designers, and supervisors to ensure you install and maintain your temporary works in accordance with your TW procedures and current CDM regulatory requirements.
